television was not working - was told that cable was broken the next day, however, as they were not able to buy the cable, i had to go without

aircon was not working - they used a portable one and seemed surprised when i wanted to use it

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to let us change rooms when we complained about the smell of smoke in the first room. breakfast was good with a choice of cereals, croissants and yoghurt.
Cons: The first room we were given was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelt very strongly of smoke so we asked to change rooms. the decor was very dated but otherwise clean and comfortable.
