Cons: Even though i paid cash when registering, they put a $1,500 hold on my debit card 2 days before i arrived until the day after i left.

Pros: Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, including the location of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff, but especially the view of the grand canal and the realto bridge from the room and balcony - unbelievable!
Cons: Nothing at all.
