Pros: Very close to san marco square, felt very safe and secure, and nice common area balcony wirth views over the many rooftops.
Cons: We had requested 2 twin beds but ended up with a double bed instead.

Pros: The location is great. the breakfast room lady was very nice. the bed set up (quard room) was very good for us.
Cons: The wifi set up while inexpensive for venice was inconvenient and the signal was not very strong. the shower needed a thorough scrubbing.

Cons: No elevator (lift)! main desk is already two floors up from street, and our room was up four more floors after that. it's not that bad for coming and going while staying in hotel, but awful for carrying heavy bags up and down. this is not a good hotel for anyone with bad knees or ankles.
