Pros: Fantastic location, lovely hotel just what you expect a venetian hotel to be, also very clean and staff really friendly and helpful.
Cons: They don't provide an iron for your use, so they offered to iron clothes for us, but this cost £112.00 to have a few items pressed, for a 5 star hotel i felt that this was a bit unfair and there are no tea and coffe making facilities in the room, again when you book a hotel of this quality you expect these things to be available without extra cost.
