Fantastic location, lovely hotel just what you expect a venetian hotel to be, also very clean and staff really friendly and helpful.
They don't provide an iron for your use, so they offered to iron clothes for us, but this cost £112.00 to have a few items pressed, for a 5 star hotel i felt that this was a bit unfair and there are no tea and coffe making facilities in the room, again when you book a hotel of this quality you expect these things to be available without extra cost.
