The hotel is located in a great part of venice very close to st marks so you cant beat the location -the hotel staff very imformative and helpful and very accomadating - would stay there again - it is not the flashiest hotel but it is clean comfortable safe and in a great location - ou could pay alot more for these attributes and still noy have a flahy hotel ! there are alot of stairs so if you dont like stairs or carrying bags this is not our hotelAnonymous

Room size was good.dining room staff was professional.the security was good but not overly restrictive.staff provided directions and helpful suggestions.
