Pros: Good and helpful staff, friendly. nice bar and terrace and while the location was a way from the sights it was easy on arrival as near the station and there were a number of good bars and cafes around so a nice spot.
Cons: The room was very small and dark - a bit disappointing for the money.

very very good location , easy to get from the train station as the bus station , close to every where , lovely view from the rooms over to the gran canal.
Cons: I really think it needs a make over , carpet and some decorations looks a bit tired . even,it has got a big menu for breakfas as i'm a celiac no much choic for me

- do not fulfil askings of guests: we booked double, but get twin. after asking to change room, we were got information that in one hour room will be changes, but they did nothing.
only becouse of evening and romantic mood avoided us from reclamation at the hotel.
