Found this hotel after trawling the internet looking for good value near Piazza San Marco. It is in an excellent location and was easy to find when we arrived at 2300hrs. The accomodation we had was like a small apartment with a separate living room and bedroom. The bathroom was a good size, modern and complete with power shower. Windows were double glazed which was handy to keep out the noise of revellers. Decoration was good and the room was nice and clean. We opted for the free breakfast and it was excellent. If we rturn to Venice again we will definitely stay at this hotel again
