Hotel very well situated and clean but NO LIFT so I had to carry 4 suitcases (I travelled alone with my 3 kids) up and down 2 floors. So I guess some help would have been nive. Possibility to left luggages last day in reception of a near by hotel of same group. Expensive for what it offers but I guess hotels in Venice are expensive in general.

Position is very good, near St. Marco Plaza but the room was not the one in the pictures. We had superior double room and it didn't have a TV, not that we needed one anyway. We had to use a blanket that had no cover sheet to cover ourselves during night. But everything was clean and OK.We recommend it.

We were generally satisfied with this hotel, so there are no complaints from our point of view. The location of the hotel was great because we could easily walk almost anywhere in the city. Good job!!

Well, the question is, what can you expect at this price? The Hotel is very close to San Marco. Means, from train station or parking lot, you have to use the ferry boot (€7 per person & traveling time about 35min and then about 7min walk) to go to the hotel. The room we had (14) was tiny! The breakfast, service, cleanliness up to standard for this price. Air condition was working on max but did not do a lot. At night quit loud – you are in the centre of Venice …

Always call to find out if you're staying in the Hotel or in another sublet apartment . Overall poor quality but great location ,if you after a cheap place with friends is ok but would not reccomend for family.

Pros: Excellent location - just 2 steps from piazza san marco. friendly staff. overall, everything was nice for a 2-star hotel.
Cons: Nothing really serious. small room size. late check-in time - after 3 p.m.

Pros: The staff was friendly and attentive. i liked the location of the hotel. it is centrally located, close to the key sights that city has to offer. enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros: Wonderful location, great price

Pros: Great location. the hotel is just minutes away from st mark's square and there were plenty of choices for restaurants nearby. they were all rather pricey though. room was clean and spacious.
Cons: Quite a few essential facilities were lacking. there was no elevator and we had to heave our luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs to get to our room. no tv. no proper towels (we actually thought they were extra bedsheets!). it was challenging to take a shower especially during winter when we went as the cold and hot water alternates almost every 5 seconds!
