Pros: Absolutely spotless and they gave us a free bottle of fizz for our honeymoon. staff very attentive and helpful without being intrusive.
Cons: The directions for walking from the rialto bridge to the hotel were woeful and we got hopelessly lost and had to pay a guide to get us there first time. breakfast is the same each day and there is not much choice but standard of food is good. the lift broke on the next to last day and we were on the top floor and the stairs are very steep.
