A very comforatble and relaxing place to escape to after the hectic pace of venice island. easily located and in a safe area with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes and other services close by. 
The breakfast at the cafe down the road was a bit basic but maybe that is standard for venice. i dont know.Anonymous

The hotel is located in a quiet area of venice. there are good restaurants nearby, and a large square where all the students gather for chatting over a drink or two (you have to walk 2-3 minutes to get to the square). there are also quite a lot of nice cafe's around the square. when you stay at venice resorts, you'll be given a set of vouchers each day for use in a local cafe so that you can get yourself a breakfast for free. the staff speaks very good english, and is extremely helpful. we had a very nice stay in venice!
i would recommend this hotel to both couples, mature travellers and young singles.The maid walked into the room while i was sitting naked on the bed, but i can't really blame anyone else than me for that :-)
