Pros: I had an unusual experience, arriving fresh from the emergency room for treatment for a serious knee injury. i was mostly immobile, and dependent on assistance. also, we speak almost no italian, so communication was a barrier. the hotel staff were very accommodating, understanding and helpful. my wife and i were both very grateful, and couldn't have hoped for a better reception.
Cons: All i can comment on was the quality of the room (fine, for the price) and the staff since i couldn't do anything else. i hope to return to verona in better circumstances, and would stay in the same hotel.
