Pros: The staff was very nice, the accommodations were way nicer than the price suggested, the location is perfect (right in the heart of the pedestrian area of downtown verona), and the breakfast was expansive. it was a very welcome change from the mediocre hotels everywhere else in italy we stayed.
Cons: The hotel is starting to show its age a bit, but once inside the room you don't care.

Cons: The can elation policy is 30 days advanced which is way too long. hotel was empty, this is not tourist season!
