 "Nice enough"
Compared to the price the hotel was pretty ok. For someone searching a busy nightlife some other area of tokyo migh be better, otherwise this is a good location for exploring the city. The rooms are very small.

Breakfast offered in the cafe across the street is good . So no breakfast at the hotel is not a problem. Look into a small local Japanese seafood diner in an alley nearby . Food is good and price moderate.
