"Room too small and not value for money"

Stayed in the North Tower for 3 nights on level 5. Room was too small and located with 2 foldable extra bed only. Felt like this room was last minutes converted from a meeting room to a guestroom. We have 2 medium size luggage, the room has limited space for us to place our personal belonging.Carpet was dirty and room hygiene can be better. The bathroom toiletries and amenities are great!Hotel located in a central area with easily access to JR, shopping mall etc. We could arrange our limou bus to the airport from the main tower concierge counter. Out stay thru' the easybooking.com agent for about 2 months in advance staying 4 nights with good deal. Due to change of travel date, we have requested to shorten the stay to 3 nights. The booking agent was inflexible with three times of emails to request it to be amended. The room rate was also mirror the same from 4 nights to 3 nights. This was very disappointed and we have to take it. I think the travel agent should able to manage in a nice way when enquiry from the booker. In one of the email mentioned that "I should have told you enough for the above book unable to amend upon arrival perior to 7 days!" The booking agent should have using the right choice of words when reply the enquiry. Indeed re-training is require by the manager.
