Hotel's location is very good, in the middle of Hamra street, but it needs renovation. The staff is not rude but not smiling, Breakfast is very poor and if you be late you can not find enough food.At night time sometimes you can not any receptionist

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Napoleon Hotel. The room was clean, the staff very kind and professional. It provided a pleasant base to explore the Hamra district with its numerous shops, cafes and university life nearby.  "very good except for service"
Good location if you enjoy youthful Hamra. Rooms are comfortable size and clean. Bathroom is a bit of a let down as it is a bit dated. But overall it is good value for money. What lets this hotel down is front desk service that is unfriendly, unprofessional and and very rough.
