Elizabeth hotel is in a very good location, close to victoria station and walking distance to the city. i would stay there again. 
The website states that breakfast is included however this is just a very basic cheese & ham 'continental breakfast', it should be made clearer that you have to pay for anything extra which we were surprised about on checking out. Anonymous

The hotel is very nicely decorated. the location is very convenient. the staff are all friendly. breakfast was very good.We were in the basement and the room was very hot.
