Christina Ong created and owns the Halkin along with sister hotel, the Metropolitan on Park Lane. Laboratorio Associati, studio of the Milanese team Rocco Magnoli and Lorenzo Carmellini, designed the post-modern decor. Bvlgari toiletries are offered in each guest bathroom and the staff uniforms are designed by Giorgio Armani. The Halkin pays incredible attention to every detail. The Halkin News announced that Nahm was the first Thai restaurant to be awarded the Michelin Star.
