The Leisure Inn Hotel is a 2 star superior property, housed in Historical Victorian style Building. Good value for money: 3 nights / 3 people / triple en-suite for £247. note that the price at easytobook.com was much lower than those from other web-sites (e.g. worldhostel.com £370), the hotel does not value that much. so i suggest to book at leisure inn only if you find a reasonable fare.
the room was quite small, clean and silent. the staff quite friendly. position ok: close to queensway. nice restaurants just nearby, also supermarkets. overall ok! 
The only possible negative thing is the room temperature. we were there on beginning of june and with rainy days the room was really warm, could be very hot in summer.
