This stunning boutique hotel has an intimate and charming atmosphere, and provides guests all the luxuries one could want, when staying away from home for business or on vacation. Living up to its name, it would be hard to find a more conveniently located hotel in central London. The staff was very helpful Room was not cleaned one day, the room was a twin when asked for a double and was never changed. although staff was helpful, this became a fiasco stay!Anonymous
