Overall the hotel was lovely, excellent location
I asked for a latte in the hotel bar on saturday only to be told sorry we do not have any mugs. the young lady did not offer to get me one i had to ask '' can you please facilitate me with a mug for a latte especially with the size of the hotel i can not believe they did not have mugs. she then huffed and said i go get one will be 10 mintues. i find this highly appauling considering they quality of the hotel and the staff are not willing to accommodate customers
