Description
If you are looking to stay in the center of London then the Royal Norfolk hotel could be the hotel for you. It provides excellent accommodation for budget travellers and it is conveniently located nest to the West End.
The hotel boasts 60 rooms which makes it one of the smaller hotels within the city and each come with tea and coffee making facilities, radios, colour TV's, a hairdryer and direct dial telephones. All rooms rates include an a la carte breakfast.
There are a few restaurants available within the hotel too and both are decorated to a high standard. You can choose from the informal deep pan pizza restaurant or the Dicken Tavern which serves food from 10:00pm to 1:00am.
Overall the rates are excellent and the service is great for the price. So if you are a budget concerned traveller then this may be the hotel for you.

Hotel staff was friendly.
The royal norfolk was terrible! the hotel is extremely run-down and dirty and in need of repair. the room i was in was so small as to not allow me to unpack my bags! instead i had to stack suitcases by the door just to allow space to stand in the room (i am not kidding.) the "bathroom" was actually not a proper bathroom, rather a prefab kit of some kind that was smaller than the bathroom i had on the cruise i had just returned from. it was so small you there were just inches of floor space, which was covered with water the moment you turned on the shower. truly awful experience. as soon as i saw the room i immediately went out to find another hotel room, but due to wimbledon, all hotels in london were fully booked and i had no choice but to stay in this room. i was so upset i considered calling my credit card company to deny the charges from the hotel as what they represent on their website would almost qualify as fraud from my perspective.
