Walking distance to westminister abbey, parliament house, big ben, #10 downing, st. james park, buckingham palace. also, two blocks from victoria train station. direct express to gatwick saves time and big bucks.

Easy to find in a good location for theatre trip.We had the executive suite which i thought was very small,had no slippers as hotel stated there would be,bathrobe was very worn ,the fruit platter consisted of 2 green apples and one red.you had to ask for the turn down service or you didn't get it.the exectutive room was much to write home about, although you do get wine,beer,soft drinks,olves peanuts ,crackers,and cold slices of pizza between 6-8pm,really nothing special. the breakfast was not very good in the executive room, sausages cold scrambled egg,bacon again cold what looked like boiled mushrooms and tomatoes,not what i expected i should of opted for the continental which was much better.
all in all the room was clean, and ideal as an over night stay,but it was not a pleasant experience and would only stay again for it's convience of being next to victoria station.oconnell

Very friendly, helpful staff. great location for victoria station only 2 min walk and you can get everywhere in london from there. we arrived early for check in and they let us have our room straight away. we did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked nice. good value for money for london. Rubbish hairdryer, take your own! Anonymous

Very easy to find, very well located closed to restaurants and transports. decoration was nice and modern.
staff in the executive room and breakfast time were at the utmost kindness level of courtesy and politeness. The only negative thing i could say was the lady at the reception, no smiling , sharp and no friendly at all.
she was the 1st impression of my stay in the hotel .. at 1st impressions are the ones that last more...Anonymous

We were very impressed with the staff and the hotel. our room was changed to a twin upon our request without hesitation. food and drinks in the hotel were well priced for london and the bar/loungs had a nice buzz about it in the evening. the location was great for victoria tube station.They queried our room rate, but were fine when i showed the booking reference.Yates

As soon as we arrived we were treated brilliantly by the staff, and were extremely pleased when we saw our room! i booked a superior room and we ended up with an apartment which i couldn't fault at all. excellent. very happy customer.Unfortunately, the victoria line was having maintenance and not being from london, this lead to some confusion on alternative service buses and very expensive taxi's! but that was nothing to do with either the hotel or the service, just inconvenient!Robinson
