The District of Grevenmacher is in the east of the small country of Luxembourg. It has a border with Germany to the east. The administrative center is also Grevenmaacher. The town of Grevenmaacher lies on the left bank of the River Moselle. Other important towns in the District include Remich and Wasserbillig. This part of Luxembourg is a wine producing region.
