The U.S. Military Cemetery is one of the most commonly visited places in all of the country of Luxembourg. It is found just outside the city of Luxembourg and is visited not only by tourists but by the local residents as well. It is surrounded by beautiful woodland but the environment is not the reason why it is so popular. The cemetery is the burial place for over five thousand American soldiers who died fighting in the Battle of the Bulge.

The cemetery is such an incredible place because there are twenty two pairs of brothers who are buried side by side as well as over one hundred soldiers whose identities are still unknown. There is also white crosses that form an arch over a memorial as well. The U.S. Military Cemetery is an excellent way for the tourists who visit Luxembourg to pay their respects to the American soldiers who were killed.
