Experience different kinds of activities in Melaka in the Ayer Keroh Recreational Forest. Opened in 1984, this recreational forest spans more than 300 hectares that are full of luscious trees that are coupled with great facilities. Children, parents and single adults will enjoy this place as it offers different types of children’s parks such as the Storyland, Pre-historic garden and deer parks. For the thrill seekers there’s also observation towers and suspension bridges. There are three jogging trails and well marked tracks to guide the adventure seekers.

With the size of this forest, it’s just not enough to stay here for one day. It’s recommended to enjoy the place even at night. You may choose to stay in one of the cabins where it offers complete facilities for the whole family. There are also huts that are good for the night. Although it doesn’t offer the same facilities, you can bring your gears and enjoy rare sights of Melaka.
