 "Cool 5D4N stay"
The hotel is rated 4star but after staying there, I would give it 3 star only. The rooms are large but in desperate need of upgrading. No hand towels given while bath towels were stained and old. The hotel corridors were littered with dead insects. The breakfast was mostly Asians with not much variety. the scones at the hotel tea lounge were not freshly baked and when heated, they turn stone like. Guests mostly eat lunch and dinner at the nearby town of Tanah Rata restaurants. Reception staff could be more friendlier.
