Check in was completed in a few minutes with ease.
We were given a non-smoking floor and the pillow cases was smelly everyday even after they have changed to new ones. complimentary bottles of water were never replenished daily. we had to call housekeeping everyday to ask for the water. standing lamp did not work and was never fixed. all staffs need to be more polite in phone conversations. taxi drivers at the hotel front were very annoying. the hotel should not allow them to park in front of the hotel.
