Pros: We received a free upgrade to a suite without asking - the room and the facilities at teh hotel were very good. although this is a large hotel the staff were very friendly, as well as being professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
Cons: Nothing negative about the hotel, but st julian's was not our favourite place, and the hotel was a welcome place to retreat to.
