More than just a bar, this gathering place is dedicated to the rich heritage of Mexican beer, or cerveza. Known as somewhat boisterous on the weekends, the look of the place is pretty simple and unpretentious. You’ll find a wide variety of Mexican beer here, from light to dark cerveza de marril (draft beer), and just about every known brand of bottled Mexican beer. This wide variety draws a crowd of regular customers and first time visitors of all types, from young partyers to suit and tie office workers looking to relax (in the earlier hours and on weeknights) or celebrate.
The bar was originally built all the way back in 1928, and very few changes have been made since then, so the bar boasts an authentic, basic style of architecture and decor, spending its profits, instead, on keeping the bar patrons provided with a wide variety to choose from, and keeping the drinks ice cold.
