Pros: Staff was very nice. location is great, although the bells of the cathedral did wake us up during the night. no problem with stolen goods in the room.
Cons: Was not too impressed about the cleaning ladies. we arrived at the hotel around 2h30 and the room was not even cleaned by 3h30. also, when the kleenex box was empty (there must have been a max. of 10 kleenex in it to begin with) we had to give leave them a note for them to replace. the floor in the bathroom (all ceramics) was often wet and seemed dirty (like if someone walked on a wet floor).
- there is no air conditionning nor heating in the room we stayed in (601) and at night the temperature outside was going down to 2c. plus de door leading outside, does not shut very well, so the cold from outside was coming in the room.
