Reservations Avalon Grand Cancún have to be cancelled 168 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).All reservations from December 23rd 2009 through January 3rd, 2010 and March 28 to April 11, 2010 will be charged to the credit card 21 days prior of the guest arrival and are none refundable. The reservations in these dates are considering "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE” All reservations cancel or no show out of this period will penalized with one night stay.

Loved my stay here. a smaller hotel with lots of stairs but a mediterranean feel to it. staff was wonderful and i had a great room overlooking the ocean, couldn't have asked for anything nicer! food in the restaurant was ok, but with all the choices at the 2 malls outside the hotel (short walk either direction) i had plenty of options. i found this hotel to be a quiet, lovely placed to stay and would def return again. i can't say the same for several of the larger hotels i've stayed at there recently. the staff especially were really friendly and accomodating. love this place!Anonymous

Clean, comfortable and luxury, directly at the beach. friendly staff, delicious food at the pool bar, reasonable prices.
