"Spacious rooms"
Pros: Spacious rooms. on the beach. nice pool. free parking. everything worked.
Cons: Hotel room was outdated. beds were very hard. not close to the hotel zone. shower worked, but was broken.

"Staff was outstanding"
Pros: Staff was outstanding. breakfast really good. good location and room for the price you pay.
Cons: We had toilette problems most of our stay with bad odor. beach is so so, not very nice and clean. we had a room in the back, first floor and had a lot of loud music all day until 11pm.

"Great restaurant out back"
Pros: Great restaurant out back.
Cons: Staff were curt and, like much of cancun, tried to get extra cash from us.
Pros: Easy to check in. friendly professional staff. easy to use bus service and very cheap. easy to book excursions in lobby and high quality. easy bus connection to the airport for less than $ 5 u.s. versus $ 25 for a taxi.
Cons: I personally didnt have any negatives with the hotel.
Imperial Las Perlas has more rooms than any average hotel, but can still contribute to a personalised stay in Cancún. With star class 2 you are sure not to overpay for your stay.
