Very nice hotel, located near the strip in Cancun but on the lagoon side, so it is completely different in character : it is not a high-rise, it is quiet, intimate and well designed. This hotel is not for those who seek luxery but is perfect for a quiet vacation.The restaurant is excellent, there is a small pool and the yacht marina just outside is lovely. Not all rooms are the same, and some - especially at the back - are dump and somewhat dark. It is adviced to go and have a look before accepting the room.I paid 53$ US on my first visit which I booked on the net and somewhat more (after bargaining) when I came back at the end of my trip. It is well worth the price.

Cons: No computor services offered, maybe because so many people travel with their own lap top.
Pros: This hotel it is only for pass one night. if you want to stay for more there is not fridge in the room, bathroom it is very big and staff people are very friendly. i didn't like that there are a couple rooms like hostal kind and there are a lot of hippie kind people
Cons: No fridge in the room this is a hotel only to wait your airplane the next day. didn't like the people that stay in the hostal part. however, my side of hotel very clean away from everybody
