Pros: System for room was down so i was then diverted to another sister hotel.. when i got there the exchange rate for the room was one, but when i paid in usd, they wanted to then use a lower exchange rate for my change, which they did not want to give back in usd currency, but in mexican pesos.. that made me feel a bit ripped off.
