Pros: Overall a good value for the money, close to town,
Cons: The hotel has salsa making classes everyday by the beach for cruise ship visitors, not so enjoyable when sitting on the beach. the internet is lacking, they do not have enough routers/modems for all of the rooms to get on-line, over 50% of the the time you could not get on.

Pros: The cozumel hotel and resort is a comfortable and pleasant resort. it boast the normal amenities of all inclusive centres. it should be noted that the hotel never did receive my booking. i had the confirmation information in an email from yourselves or i would have had a real difficulty. during the two days i was there they never received anything from easytobook. as well, i was of the opinion that i had paid for the two nights when i gave easytobook my credit card information. the hotel said that i had to pay them. that surprized me. when my credit card statement comes back i'll see if i paid both easytobook and the cozumel hotel as well. the communication of the booking and the confusion over the payment were unpleasant. please look into this. thank you. john healey john@sea2sea.ca
