Oukaimeden Ski Resort Marrakech

It's not the first thing that springs to mind when you're considering a vacation to the exotic desert country of Morocco, but parts of the country are actually loaded with cool ski resorts, with snow covered hills and valleys. One of these is the Oukaimeden Ski Resort near the city of Marakesh. Complete with a ski lift, the mountains are usually capped with snow throughout December and January. Courses from local instructors are offered, too, so the place is fine for the beginning skier as well as the seasoned veteran.
