Cons: Lifts were sooooo slow….had to wait 10 minutes every single time. breakfast minuscule and staff service not all that fantastic, but considering the cost of accommodation….what more do you expect?

Pros: It was central and we could almost walk anywhere. it was cheaper that the other hotels in the area and the reception staff was helpful. when we asked for a room without a carpet they changed it for us.
Cons: The rooms were not in good conditions. the lampshades had fallen off and there were holes on the wall as if fixtures were removed and no one cared to make it neat. the carpet in the hotel was smelly. the first day at breakfast were told that breakfast is finished and we were there 45 minutes before closure. on the day before our last day, there was no yoghurt, milk, eggs or sorsages and no one cared to explain why. i would not stay there again.

Pros: Hotel staff was willing and assisted us in changing rooms when we were not happy with the allocated rooms.
Cons: We were a party of two families with young kids. we were harassed by the guards infront of the hotel to pay them to watch our cars because the hotel doesnt have parking. on the second night one of our cars had its mirrors stolen right infront of the hotel security. one of the guards offered to take us to the market where the same mirrors were sold to us for 250usd after negotiating the price down. we suspect this happened because my friend refused to be bullied into paying a certain fee for every night we were parked there. the guard who took us to the marketplace also demanded his fee for his role. the hotel wouldnt get involved or assist in any way. in the end we had to check out a day earlier than planned because we were so traumatized by the whole experience and feared for our safety. we didnt get a refund but we were just happy to leave in one piece. on a different note the carpeted rooms smell badly and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Cons: Smelly room (which is based on the carpet in the room)

Cons: I believed that the payment was completed online with my company amex card details. at the hotal i was ask to pay for my accomodation again and amex was not accepted- i then had to pay using my personal card. i did not appreciate to mix up and i hope that i am not double charged

Pros: Even though the interior is a bit old, i think this hotel has an excellent value for money rate. staff very friendly don't expect a hilton but the place has everything you need.
Cons: Internet vouchers weren't available for the whole period i stayed here.

Pros: We like to stay in the middle of everyday life
Cons: Nothing, but the lift didn´t always work

Cons: No parking is provided to customers. only street parking and you need to pay extra for a guard to look after your vehicle overnight

Cons: The service and quality of the hotel was not good.

Cons: I made an overpayment and was refused a refund on charging out.
also internet was down the whole time.

Pros: Muito bem localizado e muito agradável.
Cons: A decoração do quarto e mobiliário em estado de degradação, carece de ser actualizado com urgencia.

Pros: Staff very friendly and always readdy to assist with requests. close proximity to amenities.
Cons: Room was extremely dirty and not cleaned properly on a daily basis. bathroom was never cleaned for the 5 days of my stay. i know this because bits of hair from a previous guest were on the floor for the entire period of my stay. lighting in the room is in adequate for reading.

Pros: The staff were very eager and helpfull and tried their best with every request.
Cons: Parking is located away from the hotel
