Pros: Hotel's location is great and rooms are clean.
Cons: I have booked a smoking room with king size bed a month ahead of arrival. while checking in i was informed that i shall get a non smoking room with 2 single beds. plus the hotel staff is not very kind, kind of neglecting! would be nice if they could smile a bit and act in a more kind matter!
