 "Lovely quaint hotel right in the centre of the city"
Pros: Lovely quaint hotel right in the centre of the city.
Cons: Mini bar, breakfasts etc were very expensive. two 'complimentary'coffees were given on arrival, but had to buy them after that.

Housed in a historic building dating from 1752, Hotel d'Orangerie is a charming 2 star hotel in Maastricht city centre. It is located in a side street from the market place and next to the river Meuse, and an excellent base to easily move around the city. In the hotel surroundings, guests will find lovely walking and bicycle tracks, as well as a wide range of cafés and restaurants. Also, the new golf course of the city is within a mere 10 minute drive from the hotel. Other interesting cities, such as Liege, Hasselt, and Aachen are about 30 minutes by car. Hotel d'Orangerie is a pet-friendly hotel. Amenities include breakfast room, restaurant serving basic dishes, garden, free wireless Internet access throughout the property, and meeting room for business meetings and group meals for up to 40 people.
