 "service low"
hotel is ok in general , but service is low; you have to pay for parking (15/ day, fitness and sauna 20/ day)I f you have to pay it's no sevice for me! I'ts quite a distance walking to the town center (40' !) and taking your car is just a nightmare in Maastricht!

 "Nice room, rubbish WiFi"
The room was very nice, the breakfast outstanding. It is located next to the conference centre, 25 minutes walk from the city centre (but there are loads of buses).The Wifi connection was rubbish, very slow

Pros: Staff welcoming and friendly, room excellent all round, food in evening superb and good value - breakfast very good lots of choice although thought 20euros each a little heavy also have to say a little disappointed having to pay 13.5 euros per night for car parking, but have to say overall we had a really nice stay and hope to return - maybe even to see andre rieu again (my wifes 69th birthday treat)


Cons: Only real problem was being charged twice in part after cancelling use of original debit card and subtituting it for a credit card - hopefully all settled now - just a small problem did not spoil our mini break - thanks nh maastricht
