towels were changed and rooms vacuumed in the aresa that could be seen but the rooms did not bear much scrutiny

We enjoyed being able to have a tray with tea making facilities and freash milk each day for a 15 euro fee for the stay.We would have liked hand towels in the shower room.Muldoon

Nice rooms, service and facilities. located in a cosy part of town with the tram no. 2 just outside the door. good breakfast buffet with plenty of food and drink. coffee very good. possibility to keep the suitcases after checkout time is nice.On the day we were leaving there was a not very service-minded guy at the desk. no particular "thanks for the visit and hope to seeing you again". he ordered a taxi to the airport and that's all!!!Picton

We had the apartment attached to the hotel. it was very nice to have the availability of the kitchen and extra room. The apartment is stuffy, they need two fans and possibly a ceiling fan in both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen.Anonymous

Bed was actually quite comfyOverpriced, lack of information about additional tax and credit card surcharge, mediocre breakfast, no tea maid by default (15euro for the "luxury"), bedroom door was often stuck (dangerous in event of fire), found a mouse trap next to the bed on exit.

Staff were very kind and helpful. hotel is nicely located and not far from city centre, felt safe and not far away from over-ground trains and shops. the rooms were daily cleaned accompanied by the change of towels and sheets.The rooms are in need of decoration and a new coat of paint and change of wall paper will be helpful. i would prefer brighter hotel rooms, lights need to be changed. duffy
