This hotel is in an excellent location. the staff are really friendly and helpful. although the rooms are rather small, they are comfortable and have everything needed. breakfast was great too!Midgley

The warm welcome we received and the fact that we were able to leave our bags in the office meant that we were free to explore without them - definately a plus when your plane lands in amsterdam at 8am and hotel check-in is not till 2pm. excellent location, not too far from dam square or central station. enjoyed all parts of my stay and would definately consider the eureka for any future stays.
Only small and very minor points so not really worth mentioning. positives definately outweighed the negatives.Wong

The staff are great, very nice people, the breakfast is very nice, the canal view room we booked was very nice; was great to sit at the table in the room with the windows open and look out over the amstel. very close to the centre of the new town and not a huge walk to the old town. great location.Very little wrong with the place, perhaps the bathroom could do with freshening up and a new tv that is not on the top of the wardrobe. other than that everything is top.Anonymous

The hotel was lovely albeit a little run down (a coat of paint in the rooms would go a long way)but clean. the staff were great and the breakfast delicious. the location was outstanding and we had a terrific view over the canal.Anonymous

The hotel is sutuated in very nice location; in few minutes walk from main attractions, but in rather quite place. staff is really very friendly and willing to help. Some reparations needed.Anonymous

Central location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfastParking - outside is 5 euro an hour. they will organise collection to a nearby 'car hotel' which is 30 euros a day, but you have to wait outside for about 30 mins for them to arrive.

The staff were so friendly and recommended places of interest.it was situated in a quiet street but within a few minutes walking distance to the nightlife,shops etc.I think they should be a member of staff on duty at all times as if there was trouble or any emergency during the night you would feel more confident especially with not speaking the language. Having been a regular visitor to amsterdam for 7 years i really wish that i had found this hotel sooner. it is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and gives you a real dutch atmosphere. it is in a central location and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. the breakfast is fantastic, i would highly recommend a stay here!Roberts
