with no 5 tram esay access to city also pleasant walk to city

Friendly staff- from cleaners to reception to resturant.very helful with baby bottles etc. contacted us with regards to lost property- on the ball. great with attention to detail. excellent use of space - cupboards/ wardrobe. good late night security 24 hr receptionLift was small. just fit baby buggy no suitcase. room has no kettle!(very uk thing) therefore tea & coffee expensive.Erica Lee
