Cheap, comfortable, friendly staff.Some functions were not availible on the tv, and they wouldnt fix it or explain, and they tried giving us a very crappy room. but they changed it when we complained.Wall

The hotel looks very impressive from outside, and the main lobby was very stylish. the room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. front desk staff were friendly.Our room was not completely ready when we got inside - it had been cleaned, but the furniture was moved around, i.e. chair and stools were lying on the floor, bed was left in the middle of the room.Anonymous

Hotel tres design, propre, une personne a l'acceuil parle francais.Un peu loins du centre d'amsterdam, faut avoir une voiture (parking sous terrain payant). ils loues des scooters 50cm² a l'acceuil pour aller dans le centre.humphrey

I really loved the style and concept of the hotel and found the staff very friendly and responsive. although quite far from the centre the public transport services are very good.

The artemis hotel is a very modern and comfortable place to stay !! you couldent find a four star hotel in the city for the same price !!The hotel is out of the city and isint covenient if you would like to just drop in and freshen up or drop off some shoping ect.. as a young couple we really wernt to botherd by having to catch the last tram at night or the first tram the next morning !! i wont be staying there again as i would prefer a hotel that is closer to the city !!
