Pros: Hotel reception staff was knowledgeable and helpful; made our stay quite painless.
Cons: The hotel information brochure explains that you can get your room made up from anytime during the day through to 9 pm at night; all you need to do is hang the green card outside your door. what a convenient idea for both hotel staff and guests! however, we still got the usual knock on the door, while we were far from ready to leave the room. we suggest that you get the hotel to follow up on their original promise, and suggest this to other hotels, so that all may benefit from intelligent and forward thinking practice.

Pros: Very modern, clean, and artistic hotel. it was very easy to get to the airport and the center of the city with public transportation. professional staff. good place for business travelers and creative adults. good value as well for a 4 star hotel. i actually extended my stay another 2 days beyond the initial booking.

Pros: The hotel looks very impressive from outside, and the main lobby was very stylish. the room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. front desk staff were friendly.
Cons: Our room was not completely ready when we got inside - it had been cleaned, but the furniture was moved around, i.e. chair and stools were lying on the floor, bed was left in the middle of the room.
