Bastion Deluxe Hotel Amsterdam/Amstel is situated near the A10, exit S11. It close to the RAI and the Amsterdam Arena. The hotel also has free parking. With the public transportation you can reach the historical centre of Amsterdam within 10 minutes. There you have all the famous attractions within reach. This hotel is therefore ideal for business and leisure guests.
How to reach the Bastion Deluxe Hotel Amsterdam Amstel?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take metro: 51 from the square in front of the station to the Overamstel. From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 4 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The room was clean and tidy. the hotel parking was close to the hotel. the whole of the basic experience was good. 
The metro is 15 minute walk from the hotel not 4 minutes. the hotel is over priced for the area it's in and the standard of the hotel. the hotel only had one person on reception during peak booking in and checking out time causing a big queue. Anonymous

The hotel only had 1 room reserved for us therefore we were transfered to a hotel at the airport. this led us to incurr extra travel costs to and from amsterdam central.
due to the poor booking and location we checked out after the first night. we were not impressedRichards

Although my reservation did not show on their computer, the staff gave me a room. when asked for information about sightseeing they provided us with a train schedule. Nothing negative. Rebecca Coleman

Good local beer in bar. close(walking distance) to amsterdam arena which was perfect for our trip. Not really a negative experience, but they price on the net said 88euros. when i arrived i had to pay 91euros. Pijls

Staff was very helpful- although situated near a railroad and motorway i was not troubled by any noise whatsoever in my sleep at all- bed was comfortableWe were promised a bathtub at booking the deluxe room but not given one, did not report this at the desk though it wasn't important enough to me. no option for a twinbed, so instead we had to make do with two singlesAnonymous
