By tram guests will reach the beautiful historical centre within 4 minutes. The Airport Schiphol is only 10 minutes away from the hotel.
How to reach the Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Centrum Zuidwest?2) From Amsterdam Central Station: You can take tram nr. 17 from the square in front of the station to 'Derkinderenstraat'. From there you can walk to the hotel in approximately 4 minutes. The trams in Amsterdam are normally running from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.

The hotel was so far from the town center spent most of the time getting lost trying to find our way back. i would not stop here again. paking in not free as addvertised. it is 6 euros a nightAnonymous

Good value for money, good staff and comfortable rooms. just a short tram ride from the centre. secure parking facilities free for guests.Its a bit far out from the centre and the surrounding area is a bit deserted as there's lots of development going on. best to get a cab if coming home after dark to avoid underpass and quiet road. Room was nice and clean, staff were clueless but as we only stayed one night this wasn't a big deal!It was too far out of the city for the price you pay. you can get into town by tram but it's not very convenient. breakfast was an extra 12.50 euro. too expensive!Anonymous
