If you just wish to have somewhere to dump your stuff and lay your head, then this is the place for you. If you're hoping to spend a good deal of time in the hotel during your stay then don't stay here. The floor in the room where my mates stayed was soaking wet. The floor in my room was a little sticky. The location is ideal, literally 50-75 metres away from the Grasshopper. The downside of that is it seems to be the noisiest street on earth!! Shower was hit and miss between scorching or freezing!!

Pros: No positives at all room was dirty (clean sheets) window was held open by a lump of 3-2 wood and there was no hair dryer or iron as instructed on your web site.
Cons: Yes the shower was red hot or freezing cold carpet was really mucky and the windows were a hazard.

Pros: The room was clean. hotel staff friendly and efficent.
room nice and warm as it was freezing outside.
Cons: The walls are thin so if you have someone next store who were loud and obnoxious it could be a problem

Pros: The situation and the most positive experience was to leave the hotel
Cons: The staff had poor education. i had to pay 10 more euros and if i wanted to pay with debit or credit card i would have to pay 5 more euros. i can't recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: I stayed at hotel ben for three nights and not once were my bed sheets or towels changed. the amount of stairs i had to climb were a nightmare and it was very steep.

Pros: For what we paid, the hotel was excellent. it was basic, but perfectly located (right in the red light district, and only a five minute walk from the station). having a tv was a pleasant surprise, and it was nice to have an ensuite bathroom!
