had a 10th floor room. Bathroom clean but beds, carpets and dingy corridors not worthy of 4 stars. Coaches in the car park opposite were broken into.

Very slow wi-fi connection and even not often available.5 Euro charge for a room service. (never seen)Not so far from trade show ground (15min metro line) but 30min by tramway from city center.Taxi very expensive.

Easy access to the metro and the room was great service was amazing and the staff so nice. Was particualrly helped by one gentleman on reception., who helped with directions, ideas on things to do . Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend and the room was great

 "Would stay again"
I enjoyed my stay, the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, i would just say that some things had been used up but weren't replaced and there was still half an hour of breakfast service left.The room was nice and clean, plenty of room and it was nice to see tea and coffee available.

Mold on the Windows, no window which we could open so ver sticky, the mattress was very very soft. Distance to Amsterdam City is okay by bus Number 21.Be carefull wirh this Hotel, its cleaning condorions are very bad.

Good reception, lovely site keep it up. Only problem is the advise the receptionist gave me on travel, she almost misled us. (if one is not sure just say not sure than to give wrong directions). but good stay!
