clean.
well located - just out of the city centre but close to tram links.
free wi-fi.
Our reservations weren't in their system - obviously a mix-up between best western & easytobook. luckily there was spare capacity and we were accommodated.
we had to queue for a breakfast table at the weekend because there weren't enough tables.Zdrazil

Easy to reach although out of the city centre. nice area. friendly staff. The quality of the room is far from that in a 4 star hotel. the room was very small and noisy. the breakfast was very basik. there are a lot of 3 stars hotels offering much higher quality of the room and situated closer to the city centre. the room price was too high for the quality offered.storrie

Impressive on website was false for room advertised, also tv did not work properly and there was no notice notifying customers that amsterdam has a "city tax" which also needs to be payed
